By providing a GED study guide and a good dictionary to one prisoner, you are giving him a chance to earn a GED, improve reading skills, find gainful employment upon release and shut the revolving door of crime and prison behind him. The community gains one more productive citizen and saves the cost of housing one more inmate.

Your donation will help to produce one printed copy of the magazine for one young person inside the juvenile halls. Often, the magazine will contain the youth's writing, giving him/her a sense of accomplishment, pride, and belonging in a positive community.
